 cs since opening it's doors in 1990. For the last three decades\, Coach Go
 rdon Apolloni has made it his mission to not only provide the top level tr
 aining that has taken many local athletes to the World Championships\, the
  Olympics and beyond\,   but also to provide a space in the community for 
 everyone to thrive no matter what their fitness goals are. We are proud to
  be hosts to multiple classes to fit the needs and skill levels of our mem
 bers\, including the Rock Steady Boxing Program for Parkinson's Patients. 
 All our NCCP registered and certified coaches are volunteer.
